    • Send over the team from Virtual Vision to prepare a virtual tour of your home with 360-degree videos of the key rooms and extensive pictures to place on both our website and theirs.

    • Have our Marketing Coordinator prepare a professional feature booklet for your home highlighting its key attributes, print and deliver them to your home for showings, and insert a downloadable version on both our website and the Virtual Vision site for buyers to view and print.

    • Have our mortgage partner prepare a Cost to Own sheet for your home to let potential buyers know how much it would costthem, making it that much easier to picture themselves owning your home

  • We've put together a team of Real Estate professionals to counsel you on the home buying process and ensure that you get maximum attention every step of the way - from keeping all our eyes open for that perfect home right through to your final inspection. In addition to Paul, Melanie Vanderzand (Sales Representative with Keller-Williams) is our Buyer Specialist.
